A rep for Federline confirms the settlement, saying, "The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children."
Britney and Kevin spent the day on Thursday hammering out the final details, which will reportedly see the couple split custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston.
And the FedEx will only get a just over $1 million in cash from Spears.
